A very easy watch which our audience enjoyed. A few people commented that they found it difficult to hear some of the characters, particularly the Irish and French accents.

An enjoyable, frivolous film that was well appreciated by our audience. we had a good turn out and our 'cork vote' appreciation rate was all 'excellent' or 'good' apart from one 'average'.

Was really well received by our audience, lots of smiles as they left the hall.

Funny and light-hearted, sound-track was difficult, particularly for accented actors, so recommend using sub-titles.

Lovely feel good film- A funny Fifties fairy tale !

A very good film, with a stellar performance from Leslie Manville. A little bit "twee" in places but was enjoyed very much by the audience.

Absolutely WONDERFUL - have bought the DVD for me! A must see - the sort of film where you suddenly realise you're sitting there with a huge grin from ear to ear!

Unexpectedly good turn out for this one. Good film, well produced, and had very much a fairytale vibe about it. Cheerful, emotional, and enjoyable. The only problem was that I couldn’t get a blu ray at the time and had to screen it from a regular dvd

A few might not like it but all the others liked it for different reasons- the fashion ,the simplicity and the strong woman quality.
